- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because we partner with trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers worldwide, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:

- Canada: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
